Located within its 1000 sq metres own grounds, the villa is surrounded by amazing tropical gardens with mango fruit trees, beautiful Canarian palm trees and roses.
Escape and enjoy a relaxing family holiday just a few minutes from the village El Tablero, where you will find large supermarkets, shops, restaurants, banks and everything you might need. This comfortable vacation house in the south of Gran Canaria, features a lovely main Villa for 8 and two other independent cottages within the property for two people each, both with full kitchen and living room with TV. **This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
*** A security deposit is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.
*** One dog allowed paying a 100€ fee
**Late check in carry the following extra charges:
-Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
-Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
-Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

völlig isoliert, nicht einsehbar = keine Badebekleidung nötig = nahtlose Bräune
Poolheizung ist ein Muß, dafür bezahlen lohnt sich
Pool kann dann individuell geheizt werden, auch >30°C
grandioser Außengrill, höhenverstellbar
Zitronen vom Baum sind erlaubt
negativ:
schmale Betten, für 2 Erwachsene wird's sehr eng, unsere Freunde haben getrennt geschlafen wg. Platz
langsames Internet, WLAN nur in Nähe des Routers, die Steinwände verhindern Netzabdeckung, suboptimal um von dort zu arbeiten, Email Lesen klappt
Küchenausstattung für ein Ferienhaus ok und umfangreich, jedoch alles antiquiert und primitiv
Induktionskochfeld funktioniert prima
alte Betten, alte Matratzen, alte Kissen

Einkaufen im HiperDino ist super, die haben alles
Restaurants in Maspalomas, 15 Min. Fahren
aber: Santa Maragarita ist ein interessantes Restaurant ~1km am Berg runter an der Hauptstr.: genial, originell, wie im Titty Twister am Ende von Pulp Fiction.
Zwischenreinigung + Handtücher- u. Bettwäsche-Wechsel sollte pauschal inklusive sein bei 3 Wo. Aufenthalt. Gab es nur gegen Aufpreis. Die Terrasse verdreckt schnell von den Pflanzen. Macht der Gärtner nicht sauber.

This mansion overruled all of our expectations and was the perfect residence for our whole family of 9 people during our holidays. Big spaces, wonderful garden, lovely pool area perfect for pool parties, a super cozy outside kitchen/bbq dining place and an awesome roof terrace with a beautiful view over the Atlantic Ocean and nature of GC, as well as a perfect spot for wine and cheese during sunset :) The whole family (age 9-65) absolutely loved it! And the Villa Gran Canaria team were super friendly and nice. We will be definitely renting this place again. And would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful mansion with the greatest views on Gran Canaria. Thanks!
