Nice house.
There is a construction going on in the neighborhood. That creates lots of noise. Airhammers are working all day long.

We were a family of 5 (two adults and three teenagers). Plenty of space with four bedrooms on four different floors, three of which with double beds. Great patio with grill, sunbeds and large enough pool. Great supermarket a few minutes walk (nb closed Sundays), small beach with several restaurants about 15 minutes walk. For the bigger beach and more restaurants, most people would want a car (we walked, about 25-30 min).
The construction site is still in full action. During our week it was full blown digging and poling, resulting in tons of small, small dust landing on all oufside areas (and on us). Even if we wiped the table three times per day, the cloth still got dirty every time. I wouldn’r rent (or rent out) this great house until the construction is done, or at least has moved to some more quiet and less dirty stage

Anja the host was fantastic going above and beyond to make our stay excellent even organising airport transfers for our family. The villa was exactly how it looked in the pictures, spotlessly clean and well maintained with plenty of towels for the villa. Pool was also perfect.
Only downside was the dust from the construction site as cross the road which couldn't be helped by the villa there was some noise but didn't disturb our holiday at all.
