The house has an area of 350 m that are distributed on two floors.
First floor and access. With an area of 127 m that is distributed as follows: garage for 3 vehicles, in the day area there is a hall with a toilet and a living room with covered terrace and a toilet; in the night area a double bedroom with large built-in wardrobe, a bathroom and another double bedroom or office with terrace or solarium.
Ground floor with 223 m counts in the night area of two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with large bath and master suite with dressing room, bathroom and porch with access to the garden. In the day area large living room with two floors and large windows that allow both to see, as access to the garden and the pool through the main porch, a toilet and a large kitchen also with access to the garden. In the service area has an ironing and washing room.

The villa is modern and very spacious - we stayed in a group of 10 and had more than enough room. We enjoyed the pool, excellent TV with netflix, the gym and eating outdoors. The location isn't perfect - it's great that it's on a private road by the golf course but it's next to an industrial area and you have to drive to get to anywhere including shops. The host was very easy to get hold of during our stay. We had a lovely holiday.

Check in process was very easy. We were even accommodated earlier than the scheduled time because of our earlier flight.
The villa is absolutely stunning! A modern build with a lot of thought behind the architecture. We (8 adults) were more than comfortable.
The facilities are of top quality. Literally everything we needed was available to us. Highlights are the pool, multiple dining areas and comprehensive kitchen.
Fernando is a very pleasant host who is easy to contact.
If I return to Gran Canaria, I will certainly stay at this villa again.
