Villa Parralito Ingenio is a dream house with 5 bedrooms and capacity for up to 12 people with a private swimming pool surrounded by natural surroundings.
It has a large garden with 2.000m2 with beautiful fruit trees and a spacious lawn area for children to run and play in, large indoor and outdoor spaces, and a children's playhouse with toys.
Villa Parralito Ingenio has 5 bedrooms:
1 large master bedroom with double bed, television and bathtub with views, plus an ensuite bathroom and dressing room.
1 bedroom with a double bed and access to an upper attic with 1 trundle bed, this bedroom is a family type, being the perfect attic for children.
1 bedroom with two single beds.
2 bedrooms with a double bed in the basement.
There are another 2 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, an American fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils for a quiet and carefree stay.
In the house we can find air conditioning in several rooms, a living room with television and a large lounge with furniture of the best quality. There are several terraces with outdoor dining areas, a built-in barbecue and a chill out room with views of the garden.
Villa Parralito Ingenio has a private swimming pool (non-heatable) . It also has parking spaces for up to 4 cars.

If you wish to have more than 3 rooms open with a lesser occupancy, please specify this in your reservation as the price applied will be the one corresponding to the number of rooms open.

Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
2 cots and 2 high chairs (on request) will be provided for children under 2 years of age.
A small set of welcome food products.
Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 2000€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
The number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms
Late Check in available and on request carries extra charges:

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern in der Villa.
Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub.Die Villa ist sehr großzügig aufgeteilt,so das jeder Platz hatte und seinen eigenen Freiraum.Sehr positiv war es, dass man den Pool mit einer Jalousie am Abend schliessen konnte,sehr kindgerecht.Der Garten war bestückt mit Orangen-, Zitronen-und Avocadobäumchen,sogar ein Kinderspielhaus war vor Ort.
Ein Auto ist notwendig,der nächste Supermarkt ist ca 15 Minuten entfernt.
Da man mitten im ländlichen Gebiet wohnt,muss man tagsüber mit Fliegen rechnen,da bellen mal ein paar Hunde, meckert eine Ziege,schreit ein Esel und nachts heulen die Hunde wie Wölfe.Für uns war es herrlich und natürlich,es gibt Fliegengitter,nachts kann man ja auch die Fenster schliessen.Klimaanlage vor Ort.
Wir wurden auch mit einer Flasche Wein und Proviant begrüßt, auch die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte ohne Probleme,vielen lieben Dank nochmals.

The property is tucked away in a relatively quiet area in the suburbs of Ingenio and would be very difficult to find , however, the property managers met us at a nearby landmark to take us to the house, that process is pretty clunky though and not ideal when you are not all arriving at the same time. The location of the property is set amongst some small holdings and other rural properties so expect quite a lot of noise at night from dogs, goats, chickens etc! but you won't have to worry about passing traffic! The property itself is nice and has a good layout but i felt it was a little 'tired' and could do with some maintenance to bring it up to the standard i would expect for the cost. The hot water was intermittent depending upon how many people were using it, the kettle blew the fuse box, we only had one electric door key for many days (which was very inconvenient with multiple guests) and the wifi was pretty much non existent. We didn't use the swimming pool because the quoted cost to heat it was ridiculous. All small things and nothing to spoil our vacation but enough to prevent me booking again.
