Sicuramente è preferibile dotarsi di automobile o comunque di un mezzo di trasporto privato per alloggiare in questa zona, sebbene la zona del lido Paradiso Beach e il lungomare di Kos town non erano irrangiungibili a piedi ma con una camminata di un quarto d'ora. I dintorni sono davvero ameni e suggestivi, l'edificio è immerso nella natura, anche con un orto e un vigneto circostanti, con simpatici gattini, galline , pulcini e galli , il canto di questi ultimi ci accompagnava la mattina e per me che abito in città non è un aspetto da tralasciare. L'ho trovata un'esperienza molto autentica e genuina. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla carissima Iro, che mi aveva già contattata via Whatsapp nei giorni precedenti e con cui la comunicazione è stata sempre rapida e facile. Ci ha dato le chiavi e fatto visitare l'appartamento, ma devo dire che ci ha accompagnati per tutto il resto della nostra settimana di vacanza, era sempre raggiungibile per rispondere a domande o soddisfare le nostre richieste. Le avevamo chiesto di poter avere una paletta per completare meglio le pulizie e di un apri bottiglie, lei è andata ad acquistarli e ce li ha portati a casa il giorno stesso. Sapevamo di poter contare sempre su di lei. La casa è molto comoda e spaziosa, il bagno seppure un po' piccolino ma con il pavimento della doccia in discesa che permetteva di non allagare tutto, arredamento molto moderno e nuovo, la cucina funzionale al massimo e avevamo anche un larghissimo terrazzo per mettere le nostre cose ad asciugare fuori. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell'appartamento ma ci avremmo potuto vivere tranquillamente per lunghi periodi. Ah, da non tralasciare la comodità del parcheggio all'interno del cancello e proprio davanti al portone dell'edificio.

Magari si dovrebbe fare una volta tanto una pulizia dalla polvere un po' più accurata sotto il divano in soggiorno e il letto in camera.

The location. Moreover, the apartments are all new (or recently renovated) and equipped with essential things. The host is accommodating and tries to be helpful.

The apartment has a lot of potential, but there are many things to improve. First, the cleaning service. The owner is perhaps inexperienced and does not know how the cleaning service works in EVERY other accommodation (be it a hotel or an apartment). Basically, our apartment was not cleaned for almost the whole week. We were quite surprised. So one of the last days we decided to write to the owner and ask him if there had been a mistake. His response was: "No, there is no mistake. There isn't cleaning service like the hotels any few days and that's why I told you that anything you need you can ask me. Like clean towels bed sheets or a cleaner". So basically the apartments only gets cleaned if you ask for it. Which is great, too bad we didn't know because no one had explained this to us! Secondly, the apartment was not as clean as the host claims. There was a lot of dust (especially under the sofa), which we had to vacuum clean by ourselves (not the best thing to do when you're on vacation and supposed to relax). When I pointed this out to him, his response was, "If you want I can send someone to clean up." Which left us puzzled. I mean, a guest is pointing out that the apartment was not cleaned properly, so the response should have been "Sorry, I will send someone right away!". These are all little things that simply show that the host doesn't have a lot of experience in this business. So hopefully this comments will help him improve. Lastly, water droplets would fall from the air conditioner during the night. We woke up at 4:00 am with the bed all wet and a drop of water falling on my head. Again, not pleasant.

Everything was very nice, clean and cosy. The accommodation is new and very modern. The surrounding is very pleasant and authentic. The accommodation is located away from crowdy main street, in very peaceful area. Hosts were very pleasant and gave us warm welcoming. I would recommend it to everyone!
