Katia's House

The property was very very clean, cozy, had absolutely all necessities a normal household has (and even more), great collection of books, parking in a big safe place just in front of the house, close by the main road(s) and the city center (5 minute drive). The lady that handles the accommodation was sweet helpful and available any given time.

A Wonderful Place to Stay on Kos! We had a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment! It was spacious and comfortable, perfect for couples as well as families. My partner and I stayed here as a couple, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The apartment is beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It is conveniently located close to the town centre and within easy reach of the sea, making it an ideal base for exploring Kos. Our host was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. She took great care of us, and the warm hospitality made our stay even more special. We were even given a sweet little gift when we left, which was such a thoughtful touch! And let’s not forget the adorable house cat who occasionally came by to say hello. 🐈 We truly felt at home here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cosy, well-equipped, and welcoming place to spend a few days on Kos!

Logement très bien équipé. Au calme et pas loin du centre ville. La propriétaire est au petit soin pour ses locataires.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο δηλαδή είχε τα πάντα. Απόλυτη ησυχία και νιώθαμε παρα πολύ ασφαλείς για τα παιδιά μας.
