Εξαιρετικος οικοδεσπότης,ολοκαίνουργιο σπίτι με όλες τις ανέσεις και τις παροχές,πεντακάθαρο ,σε εξαιρετικό σημείο στην πόλη όπου τα έχεις όλα κοντά και με εύκολο παρκάρισμα ,μπαλκόνι που βλέπει στη θάλασσα και που δε το χτυπάει ο ήλιος σχεδόν καμμία ώρα της ημέρας.Με τον Θοδωρή μιλήσαμε και τηλεφωνικά παρά την κράτηση τρεις μήνες πριν τη διαμονή, δινοντας μου την εντύπωση ότι μιλάω με κάποιον γνωστό μου και όχι με κάποιον ξένο που απλά θα μείνω στο σπίτι του και μας έδωσε και κάποια tips για επιλογές στο νησί!

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι αρνητικό.Αληθεια!

First of all, the owner Theo and his partner were the perfect hosts. We had a nice welcome. The apartment was truly perfect. It is located in a quiet area and is a 5-minute walk from the beach. From the balcony, you can still see a bit of the sea. The center of Kos is a 15-minute walk away, and with the many scooters in the area, you can get there in 5 minutes. The interior is also very cozily decorated, and everything is very clean. The air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room works well. The hosts, Theo and his partner, are also very nice and helpful. If you have a problem or need tips about Kos, you can always turn to them.

To be honest everything was perfect. We were a bit sceptic at first, because the appartement did not have any reviews yet, but we found out that is because we were one of the first to stay here. At one point we were missing a pan to cook, and I think 30 minutes later Theo stood infront of the door with a pan. Great services

tutto, la disponibilità dell'host, la vista, la presenza di forniture di base per mangiare e tenere la casa in ordine, la pulizia, gli spazi, la vista dal balcone, la posizione comoda sia per spiaggia sia per centro sia per parcheggiare senza problemi

le finestre non hanno oscuranti quindi al mattino si viene svegliati dalla luce

Big apartment, nice balcony, smart tv and so much more. The landlord and his family were super friendly and helpful.
