I booked for 3 nights and then extended it to 7 as I liked it so much. The place has had a very high quality complete renovation and the bed was super comfy, with USB sockets next to it. There was everything you’d ever need inside the apartment and it all appears brand new. There are two small balconies where you can enjoy morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. The host was very helpful with anything I asked. Wifi was spot on, even on the far balcony.
Nothing I didn’t like.! Suggestions though, I was there for 7 days so had to empty the bins but strangely (as there was literally everything else) I couldn’t find any bin liners. I guarantee that if I’d messaged Deedee shed have bought some round immediately but I didn’t want to bother her again so I picked some up in the supermarket. There’s a plug in griddle machine along with all the kitchen equipment which I didn’t use, personally I’d have found a small air fryer more useful.

The place has everything we need and more. Location is good, the place is clean.
No lift but we are ok to climb the stairs. The design of the open end shower screen was not that good, water can splash out. The sofa bed is not that comfortable and no extra blankets.

We absolutely loved this house—it truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, DD made us feel incredibly welcome and was always ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment is perfectly equipped—you’ll find everything you could possibly want, from coffee, sugar, and condensed milk to even a hair styler, so you really don’t need to bring anything. It’s not just a bed, a closet, and a sofa; it’s a fully furnished home that made our stay on Kos Island even more enjoyable. The comfort and attention to detail made us feel right at home, and honestly, I could easily live there for a month 😂. Thank you, DD, for being such a warm and attentive host 💖. If we ever return to Kos (and we definitely will!), we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay in this apartment again🥰
If I had to pick something, the only downside is that we didn’t want to leave 😂.
