Ottima struttura dotata di tutto il necessario. Recentemente ristrutturato, pulizia, dimensioni, terrazzino tutto ok. Buon rapporto qualitá prezzo. Il centro é raggiungibile in 3 min d'auto o 15/20 minuti a piedi sul lungomare.

L'unica pecca é la doccia un poi piccolina ma comunque con vetro e non tenda quindi non allagavamo il bagno ogni volta

not a 1 bed apartment as advertised it is a studio. pool area not well maintained not a functional holiday complex as many residents live there and work in kos Town this means there is a strange atmosphere and it is not welcoming. the bar is no longer open and is very run down and full of junk. the reception looks like a junk shop and the staff did not welcome us or even introduce themselves. the pool is not well maintained. the only time I saw maintenance was a woman in the pool with a child's fishing net taking leaves of the bottom. sometimes the same woman swept around one side of the pool but not all the way round and no water was used. also the pool obviously has a. leak as we observed it being topped up with a large amounts of water this meant the pool was freezing cold as it could never warm up.
