It’s well thought flat that have house stuff such as iron, hair dryer, coffee machine etc. There is welcome basket it’s a nice gesture. The guy that reach for support was super helpful. They have Kos guide site it is useful for new comers.
There are a lot of mosquitoes even with mosquito nets on the windows. Recommend to bring lotion or spray for it.
it’s a bit far from the center, you can rent car, bike, bicycle etc or take bus.

Really lovely place and super helpful staff, will answer questions even late in the evening. Apartment is surrounded with nature and animals.
Quite far from center. We rented a scooter and then it was fine. There is a huge taxi problem in the island, which of course is not the property’s fault, guests just need to plan accordingly, they also offer to get a taxi to pick you up from the airport.
Would be great to have some hangers for the towels in the toilet. Also the balcony wasn’t cleaned.
Other then that it was amazing and we had a wonderful stay.

The bed was very comfortable and host was very helpful.
The owner who lives on the base floor of the house has a rooster in the backyard!!!!!! The rooster was very loud and cackles both night and day. This cause alone destroyed our stay because we couldn’t sleep or relax. The backyard had also chickens and a dog who also were noisy. I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my friends even though the apartment was cosy. The bathroom had not one crook to hang the towels, I put them in the kitchens chairs.
