Folitsa a Lovely central House

Close to the heart of Kos town, close to the car rental shop I use (safari) cleaner came in after a week and then a few days later. Smart TV. Aircon in living area. Kitchenette with microwave, George Foreman grill and cooker. It’s in a medical block so nice and quiet. Can see the sea from the bedroom.

Aircon in bedroom needs servicing/fixing no cold air. Issues with aircon system leaking lots of water on balcony leading to neighbours below knocking on the door complaining. Informed the contact and wasn’t helpful, just told me to move the pipe somewhere else. Ended up putting pipe into bucket but then it leaked into the apartment. At over €121 per night I don’t need neighbours knocking on the door complaining. Washing machine useless and the reason I chose the apartment was for the washing machine to prevent having to bring large luggage. Doesn’t wash properly and doesn’t drain. Have to wring everything by hand stuff coming out still dirty even on full wash. Shower needs looking at. Currently being held up with cable tie and would be stronger if not leaking out of all the pipe. If the issues were fixed properly, I’d have no problem recommending this place.

Lage (Strand und Altstadt fussläufig erreichbar), Ausstattung, Unterkunftsgröße. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Kultur und Gastronomie zu erkundigen.

Ottimo appartamento al secondo piano di un palazzo silenzioso e munito di ascensore. È moderno e tutto funziona bene. Il parcheggio nelle strade vicine è abbastanza facile. Il centro città si raggiunge a piedi con una breve passeggiata sul lungomare . In zona ci sono ottimi ristoranti non acchiappaturisti.

A differenza della tradizione greca di fornire acqua, frutta fresca e qualche dolcino qui niente! Il rapporto con il gestore è stato quasi assente e solo per Whatsapp. Il cechk-in è avvenuto in anticipo tramite e- mail e, cosa sorprendente, mi è stato richiesto per 2 volte. In occasione di ogni contatto precedente il mio arrivo mi venivano proposti servizi aggiuntivi come noleggio auto o trasferimenti da e per l'aeroporto. In definitiva mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di meglio.

Booking.com aracılığı ile kiraladığımız bir evde ilk kez 13 gün kaldık. O kadar mutlu olduk ki 10 gunlük ilk rezervasyonumuzu 3 gün daha uzattık. Öncelikle ev sahibimiz Kallia'ya çok teşekkür ediyoruz,bize her konuda çok yardımcı olduğu için. Evin konumu harika denize 50 metre,Elefterias meydanına yürüyerek 10 dakika,limana 15 dakika.Hemen yakınında birbirbirinden güzel restaurant ve cafeler var. Çok iyi planlanmış küçücük bir ev,ihtiyacımız olan herşey vardı.Eşyalar,mutfak araç ve gereçleri,yataklar,banyo tuvalet kusursuzdu. Kendi evimizde gibi mutlu bir 13 gün geçirdik. Bir kez daha gelmeyi çok arzu ederiz.
