We loved the location and the property. The kitchen was perfect for our plans and was well-stocked with items we needed to cook our meals. Communication was quick and easy. We had one question and received a response very quickly. We had hoped to use the fireplace, but there was a note that it was not available. Turned out the weather was warmer than normal so it worked out.

It is in great location — close to downtown Prescott but in a quiet neighborhood. The house was exceptionally clean, and the host responded immediately to questions.

We arrived 5 minutes after check in and the cleaners were still there. One who seemed to be on drugs told us a cleaner had heat stroke and had to leave. The other stated “sorry,” it was a big clean, but we’re almost done. Even after a very long road trip we understood. We let them finish and went inside to use the bathroom. The toilet seat was all wet, there was a full can of kitchen trash. There was an old coffee pod in the coffee maker. We were left with a quarter roll of paper towels and a dirty kitchen sponge and kitchen towel. Very unhappy about that. We had to clean up after the previous guests. And if your plan on cooking. Be sure to bring foil or baggies because there is no food storage items provided.
