About this house rental
Step back into the 1970's in this newly 100% remodeled 70's inspired 3 bedroom 2 bath home about 1/2 mile to Whiskey Row/Courthouse Square. Just a short walk up our street to the entrance to Acker Park. Everything is 2022 new except the vintage 70's glassware. Every dish..to every door handle..to every towel was curated with fun design in mind. Think Boutique Hotel not generic airbnb/vrbo. We tried to avoid anything regular or boring! This home has never had central AC. Realtor owned TPT21425048

The space is beautiful, clean, and host was very communicative! It's a quiet neighborhood a short walk away from downtown Prescott, which was perfect. Having the outdoor space in the backyard was wonderful as well. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this 1970’s themed home near Whiskey Row! Location was perfect for a quick drive to downtown! The décor was incredible—the attention to detail felt true to the era, making the whole space fun and unique. The home was spotless; cleanliness was definitely a 10/10. The only drawback is that the home does not have central AC, which I didn’t realize until the check-in instructions arrived. That said, the temperatures during our stay were perfect, and with the fans provided, the house stayed very comfortable. I could see this being more of a challenge in June or July, but for our visit, it worked out fine.Overall, this home was stylish, comfortable, and a fantastic experience—I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and memorable Prescott getaway!
