This is a lovely craftsman style home, decorated beautifully, with super comfortable rooms and beds, in a gorgeous historical area. We really appreciated the fully stocked super clean and pretty kitchen. We enjoyed so much the extras as well, like the front porch and the porch swing, the record player with records to play, and also interesting books and local magazines. Easy parking and close to Prescott town center. The host was a great communicator, and check in and check out was very easy. We definitely would stay in this home again.

The location is great, easy walk to downtown. The home was clean and ready for us on time. Kitchen amenities were good too. Great communication by property manager.Some things of note. There isn't a bathroom that is accessible without going through a bedroom, so if you have someone using the 3rd bedroom that isn't family, it might be a bit awkward. This was not mis-represented, I just didn't catch it before hand. The wooden floors are very noisy/creaky. Not a fault of the owner, as this neighborhood is all very old homes (early 1900s!), but if you have little ones, or light sleepers in your party, this might matter to you. Overall a great experience!

We stayed over a week at this VRBO. The home was a cute, old traditional Prescott Victorian that had been tastefully updated. It was equipped with everything we’d need. It was within walking distance to the courthouse and downtown. However there was one major drawback, the traffic. It was on an extremely busy and noisy street. Although we couldn’t hear it inside the home, it was very annoying when sitting on the porch. Also be aware of all the added fees by the management company and VRBO.
