    Had a reservation a month in advance, there was suppose to be a big rainfall a week before that 'damaged' only our room (suspect). There was a big football group of youngster as well, so could quite possibly be that i just got bumped and told a bs story. Manager came and tried calling my third party handler (Agoda) and couldnt get thru and also tried a few days before. I was not aware until i came to check in. Was stranded wuthout any resolution. Had to book a way more expensive place an hr away and lost my prepaid tickets for a flamenco show. Agoda only offered 10% extra back for my hotel so not worth it for all the hassel. Bad communication and assistance from AGODA
