    This was a great location to get around the city. There were a number of delicious coffee shops close by for early morning breakfast for under $10. The hotel staff are great and the accommodations are clean. There are so many designer stores steps away. The Agoda app offered us an airport transport but the hotel doesn’t offer that. We had to pay $35 euros to get to the hotel. That was disappointing. Obviously it isn’t the hotels fault as agoda is a second party app.

    Had a lovely stay that's in a very central location. The place is generally quiet. The only areas for improvement would be the fixing of the elevator, and the strength of the bathroom flush. The elevator makes a "dragging" sound heard from inside the room, usually while we were still awake) so this wasn't a deal breaker. The toilet flush was quite weak. Would be great if that could be fixed. Regardless, I would stay here again.

    Stayed at Actual hotel for 3 nights with two adult daughters in triple unit. . Very convenient location with metro station nearby. Surrounded by high end shops. Hotel including bathrooms are sparkling clean. Our air conditioning not working on our first night. We got switched to another room for the night. Air conditioning working next day. Staff very helpful. Lots of great cafes nearby Would recommend hotel. Brewed coffee available at hotel. Free!

    The location of the hotel was perfect. However the hotel requires serious renovation and modified, both rooms, facilities and people. Staff are really unfriendly and not helpful. It feels like they are doing you a favor, yet you paying a lot of money for the place. It's ok for the locals, I guess. If you English speaking, not so great. No cleaning on a Sunday, not sure why, it's a hotel.
