Immaculately clean property a short bus ride from the train station and five minutes from the high street.River and abbey views in a quiet location right next to the Avon Lock.Excellent cooking facilities,comfortable lounge with great reclining chairs,comfortable bed,outside table and chairs and a great shower.The whole property was well maintained.Tea,coffee,sugar and milk provided was a nice touch.

Very late check in time of 4pm.

Absolutely loved our stay here.everything you needed was there,very clean and modern.Under floor heating in bathroom was great. Views were amazing,nice to watch boats coming through the lock.location was perfect,5 min walk into the town. We had our dog with us and found a nice walk to follow. Bed was very comfortable.shower nice and hot.will definitely return.

As we had our dog with us we found the property could of done with a gate at the bottom of the steps so we could keep him in ,had to put his lead on every time we wanted to sit outside. Also could do with a mirror in the bedroom.

Location was good

The river burst its bank and flooded around the property, I had to abandon it.

It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped.
