I cannot reccommend the place.

Neighbors are noisy, I think they are residents not travellers so they were up late and noisy that I did not get enough sleep.

The apartment was well equipped and partly comfortable

Soundproofing to the street awful, One can feel smoking neighbors in the living room, Cleaning and maintenance stuff could improve, Small bathroom and the shower spills all over the floor

Wir würden dort nicht wieder buchen

Möbel sind alle zusammen gesucht. Sofa durchgelegen und alt. Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Leider hatten wir durch einen defekten Herd (Loch im Ceranfeld) immer wieder Stromausfall. Arbeitsplatte in der Küche löst sich teilweise auf.

Nicht zu empfehlen

An sich wäre es eine schöne Wohnung, wäre nicht dieses große ABER, die Lage ist eigentlich gut, zum Parken ist es etwas ungünstig aber geht auch noch. Das schlimme ist, das in dem Haus eine Bar ist, wo man immer die Musik hört , zusätzlich zu dem Straßenlärm,weil sehr viel befahren. Und in dem einem Zimmer ist das Fenster kaputt, es lässt sich nicht ganz schließen und ist ein Spalt offen sodass der Lärm erst Recht zu hören ist und von unten der ganze Rauch und Marihuana Geruch rein zieht. Der gestank war unerträglich und einem Kind nicht zuzumuten. Gezogen hat es auch sodass meine Tochter nun erkältet ist. Dann geht's weiter mit der Sauberkeit, die ganze Küche war fettig. Im Bad staubig und der Boden sehr dreckig wenn man darüber gewischt hat. Es gibt viele Baustellen die man reparieren müsste und Vorallem gründlich säubern wenn man sowas vermietet und erst Recht bei so einem Preis. Im Bad über der Dusche ist schimmel Das Sofa ist an einer Stelle sehr stark durch gesessen, als würde man in ein Loch fallen.. Für uns war es definitiv raus geschmissen Geld und können es nicht weiter empfehlen.
