Very comfortable farm house stay and excellent hospitality

The communication with Host Stefanie was excellent right through. The keys were handed over in person with a very informative tour of the property we stayed in. Very comfortable and well furnished place for a small family in a farm house country side quiet environment. Stefanie arranged ping pong table, which is very much appreciated. Over and above helped us with the toll online procedures.

A wonderful visit with a wonderful family as host.

The property is amazing. Stephanie and her family are the perfect hosts. As many of the other reviewers have stated, the decor is new, the space is fresh and there is nothing you could want for. Kitchen is as nicely stocked as any house we have stayed at.

Exceptional

The apartment is so pretty and the property is beautiful! It's a lovely estate and our apartment looked over a horse paddock. This is one of those occasions when the reality is better than the photos. The apartment has everything you need, and as a person who stays in apartment rentals regularly AND someone who cooks, let me say the kitchen is on point! You always know you are staying in a winner of an apartment when you have a proper chef's knife and enough pots to ACTUALLY cook! Beds and lines were as comfortable as they were stylish. But the best part is the lovely Stephanie! She welcomed us openly and my kids loved her dogs. It was like staying at a friend's house not an air bnb. My kids had full use of her yard and jumped on her kids trampoline. She is extremely responsive and attentive! Kind and helpful. I had a medical emergency with my son and she arranged a doctor to come to the property to treat him, which was amazing! This is unheard of in America, so Vive La France!

B&B van vriendelijke gastvrouw op fijne landelijke locatie

Stéphanie is een fijne, vriendelijke gastvrouw. Le Clos is landelijk gelegen in het mooie Normandië. Vanuit deze locatie maakten we fijne fietstochten naar en langs de fraaie kust, dorpen en steden (zoals Caen) in de buurt. Er valt veel te zien en te genieten. Het appartement is luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien. Hou je van paarden (en wie doet dat niet?), dan zit je goed. Achter de appartementen grazen paarden van de aangrenzende manege.

De eigenaren van deze B&B hebben twee (vriendelijke) honden, die overal rondlopen en wel eens "iets achterlaten". Dus oppassen geblazen dat je daar niet in trapt... Het ruime tweepersoonsbed is helaas erg hard.
