Beautiful, quiet apartment in a lush green setting, overlooking the La Baule Golf Course.
Located in a secure residence just 10 minutes from downtown and the beach.
Also close to Guérande.
Beautiful pool in the complex right next to the apartment (open from mid-June to mid-September).
The apartment is fully equipped:
Dishwasher, oven, stovetop, range hood, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (Vertuo capsules), iron...

Bathroom with a bathtub.

The picture is not as the accomodation which is a gated concrete block of appartments. The bedroom is under 2mts wide an 3 mtrs long win no furniture. Despite thos we hsd a nice holiday vsiting st Nazaire and la Boule.
