T1bis located in a luxury residence in the district of La Baule-les-Pîns in a beautiful park of 4 hectares with 2 swimming pools including a heated and a children's pool (access from mid-April to mid-September depending on weather conditions ) about 200m from the beach with a thalassotherapy center at 5 minutes, and a shopping center (supermarket, pharmacy, medical office, ...). Possibility of hiking and cycling from the residence, equestrian center at 5 minutes and several golf courses nearby, including a 5km at the beginning of the regional park of Briere. The markets of La Baule and Pornichet are 10 minutes by bike.
The residence consists of small recent buildings of 4 floors with elevator.
