We felt we were in a youth hostel rather than in an apartment. Glad we stayed only one night.

It was clean

When I booked the place I didn’t see it was without sheet and towels. I was disappointed when the landlord asked me it would be a 25€ extra which wasn’t mentioned on the description. When we arrived at the apartment the bed wasn’t made, she just throws the sheets on the chair. If you want 25€ to offer sheets and towels, at least made the bed. I am 67 years old and I had to made my own bed which was hidden in a furniture. There was no soap, which is a minimum to expect, not even to wash my hands, no shampoo. The Senseo coffee machine didn’t have the proper coffee capsules. We found a little bit of coffee in a chocolate container 😄 not easy to found stuff in that apartment.

Location

Instructions were confusing, also it's not pornichet, so we went to the wrong place it looks like there is a bed, but it's a sofa bed, no linen is unacceptable and they wanted yo charge us, who brings their own linen when on holiday, there was no toilet paper, there was dust everywhere. The pool was not accessible as it was closed, so false advertising. The pillows were aweful

le lit principal est tres mauvais.meme pas un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle.proprietaire tres désagreable.elle nous a accusé de ne pas avoir rendu les clés alors que nous les avions remis en main propre a sa mere.elle nous a menacé de porter plainte sur booking ! tout ca parce que nous avons dit a sa mere que nous etions deçues .nous voyageons beaucoup avec booking et nous n avons jamais vu ca ...

Super hote qui est venue nous chercher et nous expliquer les différents détails liés au fonctionnement de la résidence et de l'appartement.

Résidence avec beaucoup de passage car l'appartement donne sur l'entrée principale... Odeurs nauséabondes dans les parties communes. Mais ce n'est rien !

Mauvais souvenir dû au relationnel avec la propriétaire ce qui nous a mis mal à l'aise.

La mère de la propriétaire est agréable (c'est elle qui nous a remis les clefs) mais par contre sa fille est très désagréable. Une personne qui a probablement un problème de communication (au vu des SMS envoyés avant l'arrivée). Par la suite elle a refusé de me faire et m'envoyer une facture que j'avais impérativement besoin. Informations utiles : les piscines sont fermées dès le 1er septembre et la plage est difficilement accessible à pied.
