I would recommend this property as it is cosy, well equipped and quiet and in the perfect location for exploring La Baule and Pornichet and is reasonably priced. We all slept well there. The owner who lives next door was friendly and welcoming and keen to ensure our stay was a success. Because we have very young children and live in a bungalow at home, I briefly considered buying a stairgate. The owner said that would be fine and in fact wanted to buy it herself. The owner has now installed a stairgate as an extra safety feature for future rentals to families with young children. The only downside is that Internet access can be a bit intermittent downstairs though works well in one upstairs bedroom. If you want to use the Internet a lot or to work this is probably not the best place for you. Otherwise a great stay, thank you very much.

Hello. Forgot to add some more information. As well as being a few minutes from the beach the accomodation is 2 mins from a lovely park with a playground for young children. This was a nice alternative to the beach. Also we enjoyed eating breakfast (toast with great variety of condiments) reasonably priced and lunch on the beach in the closest beach hut. For dinner we found a nice reasonably priced laid back restaurant in Pornichet near St Margarete.
