About this apartment rental

This 75 m2 apartment is on the 6th floor with elevator of a charming residence, the former Grand Hôtel de La Baule. It is 10 minutes walk from the market and the city center (Avenue de Gaulle). The apartment is renovated and has been carefully decorated. Large equipped terrace facing south, facing the sea. The kitchen is open to the living room. The 2 bedrooms at the back overlook the pine trees.
Double glazing for all windows. Heater. Bed linen and towels provided free of charge.

The central location of the residence does not make a vehicle essential.
There are many cycle paths along the sea, in the surrounding countryside, and in the city center. Bicycle parking is available in the garden at the rear of the building.
Car parking is easy and free in the immediate vicinity of the residence.

We have just returned from this wonderful apartment, having spent 2 weeks in La Baule. The apartment is very well appointed and comfortable, with a very envious South facing top floor location, offering a panoramic 180 degree view across the bay, beach and beyond from its double width balcony. The apartment is very bright and airy with two sets of bi-fold doors to the terrace, with the two bedrooms at the rear, overlooking the pine trees. The photos on the site do not give justice to the wonderful views. We found the apartment very spacious as there were only two of us however it could feel crowded if there were the maximum of 5 staying. One double bedroom, one single and a double sofa bed in the living room. There are however two bathrooms and toilets. La Baule is pretty upmarket, so the bars and restaurants are somewhat top end but the villages at either end of the pay have many more bars and various restaraunts to choose from Don't be put off by the slightly shabby rear exterior approach and entrance hall of the block, once you open the apartment door it is a totally different story! There is not parking dedicated to the property but plenty of free on street parking around - we parked very close every day but this was September, it may be more difficult in full/high season as the 8Km beach is very popular . The beach is full sand with many beach bars and restaurants and a number of childrens clubs and activities. I would thoroughly recommend this for a beach based holiday or for exploring the local areas.

Fantastic apartment, in an amazing location with fantastic views! Communication with the owner was straightforward! We had a great time! There are so many places to visit, lots of great places to eat and unfortunately for my credit card. Some rather nice shops.

4 of us spent a most memorable 10 days in this apartment. Loved. Location. Prompt service when the washing machine died. New replacement in 48hours. Good range of kitchen equipment. Efficient fridge and freezer. Furniture in lounge sufficient for 4 people. Friendly neighbours and pleasant caretaker. Good dishwasher. Lots of good eateries around. Many nearby fascinating places to visit; especially Le Crosic and Guerande. Excellent beach just across the road. Possible improvements Extractor fans inadequate. Parking although advertised as available is actually in the street, which in season is a problem. Bed linen is a little tired. Some of the crockery was chipped. Overall this represented good value in a great location. .

The apartment is on the 6th floor and has a wonderful view of the bay. It is extremely well-equipped and decorated tastefully. Our host and caretaker were most helpful and flexible with regard to arrival and departure times. It was a privilege to stay in the apartment. We would love to stay there again.

Tout correspond à l annonce... Une vue splendide, de beaux espaces dans l appartement. Les chambres au calme. On a garé la voiture et loué des vélo à 10mn à pieds, le top! Resto, marché...tout est à côté ! Nous étions trois adultes, la taille de l'appartement est très confortable, 2 SDB et 2 WC, tout à fait adaptée à nos besoins. Il y a de multiples équipements, électroménager, mais aussi livres, jeux, matériel bébé, il ne manque rien !! la plage immense est face à l'appartement, idéal avec des enfants. Un séjour trés agréable

Un appartement particulièrement agréable à vivre, très bien équipé et une vue à 180° sur la baie de La baule ! En plein janvier, nous avons pris le café sur le balcon ensoleillé toute la journée ; bref, un parfait séjour ! De très bonnes informations de la part de la propriétaire et un accueil très sympathique à l'arrivée. Nous reviendrons très certainement dans cet appartement idéal qui, de plus, est dans le plus joli immeuble de la baie.

pour nous qui venons à la Baule depuis 10 ans (pas tous les ans) toujours en front de mer et à peu près dans le même quartier, c'est le meilleur endroit que l'on ait connu. Pour la première fois, je n'ai trouvé aucun défaut. Tout a été pensé à la perfection. Le fait de savoir que la concierge (adorable) est sur place et disponible au cas où est aussi un gros plus. Quel bonheur ! J'espère que la prochaine fois, nous pourrons rester 2 semaines...

Très bel appartement, avec une superbe vue, face à la mer. La résidence est proche du centre ville et des commerces.. Cet appartement est idéal, il est situé face à la mer avec un grand balcon pour profiter au maximum de la vue. Les chambres et les couchages sont correctes. Seul bémol, les sdb sont un peu étroites. Les douches sont difficilement accessibles (marche), peu pratiques pour des personnes qui ont des difficultés pour se déplacer. A recommander.
