The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Attention to details, such as washing powder and dishwasher tablets & coffee maker with capsules provided. Kitchen well equipped. Location very quiet, residential but close to the beach (about 5 min walk) and shops & restaurants (10 min walk) Plenty leaflets for local activities and business cards for local bars and restaurants. All made our stay really comfortable and felt like home from home.

Lack of parking is a slight downside but there was plenty spaces on the road, which was fine as we stayed just before season starts, so not much traffic.

Un excellent séjour

Cadre très agréable dans un joli quartier résidentiel. Résidence calme, sûre et très bien entretenue. Appartement très propre et très bien équipée. On voit que les prioritaires ont réellement pensé au confort de leurs hôtes. On se sent très bien dans cet appartement. L’accueil était excellent également. L’appartement est au rez-de-chaussée sur un coin de bâtiment sans passage. Il y a une très grande terrasse bien aménagée. Piscine dans la résidence. La plage est accessible à pied très facilement avec des enfants. Également tout proche de Pornichet avec tous les commerces et restaurants. Possibilité de se garer dans les rues alentours. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Un séjour agréable et ressourçant

Appartement très bien équipé, bien situé entre forêt et plage ce qui est l'idéal pour nos loulous. On a eu un temps magnifique qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement du balcon. Environnement calme

Rien ou si il faut mettre quelques choses on dira les toilettes où il ne faut pas être trop grand au risque de se cogner la tête 😁 mais ça remet les idées en place 😅

Appartement propre et bien équipé, pièce de vie assez spacieuse. Résidence au calme.

Accompagnés d'une PMR, j'aurai apprécié savoir que l'appartement est au 2ème étage sans ascenseur et que la salle de bain est équipée d'une baignoire, et non d'une douche. Cela devrait être écrit sur l'annonce, j'ai manqué de vigilance au moment de la réservation... J'aurai apprécié une procédure plus simple pour récupérer les clés. Il n'y a pas de lieu indiqué pour récupérer les clés (pas d'accueil), difficile de se repérer parmi tous les bâtiments ; et quand on appelle au téléphone, personne ne répond.

Jolie et agréable endroit bien situé mais en hiver, appartement très mal chauffé.

Le logement, bien situé, sans vis-à-vis, doit être agréable l'été, par belles températures extérieures. La co- propriété où il se trouve est très bien tenue, calme, très agréable. Mais... au 21 décembre, c'est l'hiver, il bruine, il pleut, il faisait 10° à l'extérieur. On pouvait donc s'attendre à trouver un chauffage performant à l'intérieur de l'appartement. Ce qui ne fut pas le cas. Merci aux propriétaires d'accepter les animaux.

15° dans l'appartement dont la pièce principale d'une vingtaine de m2. J'ai appelé le 2e jour les propriétaires car il faisait trop froid, qui m'ont dit de monter à 24 le seul radiateur de cette pièce (placé en tout début de la pièce, derrière sa porte d'entrée). La propriétaire m'a dit "vous allez voir, il va faire plus chaud. Un seul radiateur, d'une qualité moyenne, mal placé, ne peut pas chauffer cette pièce. De plus, la nuit, le radiateur redescend à 17. Donc les matins, il y faisait à nouveau très froid. Dans la journée, la température montait à 17 mais jamais plus. Il faudrait qu'il y ait un chauffage d'appoint placé près du canapé et de la baie vitrée et changer la place du présent radiateur pour qu'il puisse diffuser une chaleur dès le milieu de la pièce. Heureusement, il y avait 2 couettes pour les 2 lits utilisés. Le matelas du lit 1 place qui est placé près de la baie vitrée est de très mauvaise qualité. Celui du lit 2 places est Bien. Autre souci rencontré : dès mon arrivée, j'ai constaté que si l'on faisait couler l'eau du lavabo de la salle de baine plus fort qu'un filet, l'eau s'évacuait très mal. Heureusement nous avons révéillonné dans un appartement chez des amis. J'avais réservé 7 nuits et réglé parfaitement ce que je devais. Je m'attendais, à mieux, à l'intérieur.
