About this apartment rental
This 35m² apartment is perfect for holidays with family or friends in La Baule.
You can only love its location close to the sea and all amenities.
Located in a luxury residence in the district of La Baule-les-Pîns in a magnificent wooded park of 4 hectares with 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated (from mid-June to mid-September) and has a solarium; deckchairs and parasols on site.
For the little ones, a wading pool close to the other pools.
CHILDREN'S GAMES: Maisonette, slide, ping-pong table are at their disposal in the park.
The apartment overlooks the park.
It includes a living room / kitchen with a bay window opening onto a covered terrace of 15m2 with garden furniture. The living room has 2 80cm sofa beds, an equipped kitchenette (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, kettle, coffee maker) and a large wardrobe.
The bedroom has a 140 cm double bed with a window.
The apartment has a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
Access to the residence is secure.
