Had a wonderful stay with easy access to the beach and restaurants

Nice room, but not for longer than a weekend

Modern equipment. Location near the beach. Several supermarkets nearby. Surely a good location to stay for one weekend. Or for one person staying longer.

We were two persons staying for 9 nights. For this purpose the room (I would not call it apartment) was way too small (surely max. 10 sqm incl. the bath room). No wardrobe, no hangers, only a tiny low board. Although having only one suitcase for the two of us, half of our cloth had to stay in the suitcase because there was no space. When the wall bed was folded out, 1/2 of the room was full. We also could not place anything on the low board since the fold out table was attached on the wall over the board. Well equipped kitchen, but no space for food that has not to be in the fridge. Sink, but no space for the dishes for drying. We spend most of the time with putting stuff from one place to the other since there was so few space. In the cupboard we found an old chocolate bar and a cockroach (still alive, had to catch it. Brrr....) there were also several maintenance problems. We informed the landlord. He came the next day to fix them. But there was not even a "Sorry" or any excuse, not taking about a compensation (and if it just would have been some sweets). We spend most of our time outside of the apartment and had a great holiday anyway. But I would not recommend the room for a stay of more than 2 or 3 nights.

Low priced. Good location near beach. The owners have put a lot of effort into making the place as homely as possible

Aircon doesn't function correctly. It was extremely hot in summer and difficult to sleep. Toilet doesn't flush well. Note that the rooms are small and bed is fold out.

Clever space in a great location

Very well designed space to account for the small size. Super clean, well equipped and in a great location. Perfect for our one night stay.

When using the shower it constantly threatens to overflow into the bathroom as there is no door or curtain on it. Not a major issue but somewhat inconvenient.

Nice place in top location

Smarty and nicely put together to be functional in a reduced space! Highly recommended for solo travelers.

A handbook for the appliances was missing (microwave, internet, tv, etc).

L’appartamento se sistemassero delle piccole cose e poi molto carino.. Nel totale per pochi giorni si può fare,ma consiglio davvero di sistemare due cosette,come poltrone senza imbottitura da essere igienicamente più belle

C’è da sistemare il portone dell’appartamento,un po’ di pulizia in più non dispiacerebbe e anche l’entrata del palazzo lascia un po’ a desiderare P.S: il frigorifero congelava i cibi 🤦‍♀️

Nous avons aimé : l’espace optimisé, joliment décoré et confortable. L’appartement est calme. Les instructions pour une arrivée en autonomie sont très claires !

Affreux. Hôte à fuir, qui pose des lapins sans prévenir, ne répondant pas aux appels.

L'hôte ne s'est jamais présenté à l'heure de la réservation, ne répondait plus au téléphone alors que nous avions échangé auparavant et qu'il avait confirmé ma réservation. Il m'a posé un lapin, me mettant en difficulté pour trouver une alternative le jour J.

le lit un peu petit pour quelqu'un qui mesure 1,84 pas de notice pour l'utilisation de la tv pas de wifi très difficile de se garer gratuitement la nuit dans le quartier ( parking payant proche 40€ la nuit)
