Traumatizing experience – bed bugs known by hosts, no real compensation

Quick communication, yet not satisfactory.

Expérience traumatisante – punaises de lit connues, aucun vrai dédommagement À notre arrivée dans l'appartement Le Petit Catalan, nous avons découvert une infestation active de punaises de lit. Nous avons dû fuir à 2h du matin, en état de choc, jeter des vêtements, traiter d’autres à nos frais, et réserver un nouvel hébergement en urgence. Le plus grave : les hôtes étaient parfaitement au courant de précédentes infestations, traitées il y a quelques mois, mais ont reloué sans garantie réelle d’éradication. Les hôtes ont simplement remboursé les nuits… alors que nous restons seuls face aux conséquences : stress psychologique durable, dépenses imprévues, peur d’avoir ramené les punaises chez nous. Une telle négligence ne devrait pas être possible sur une plateforme de confiance. Traumatizing experience – bed bugs known by hosts, no real compensation Upon arrival at Le Petit Catalan, we found an active bed bug infestation. We fled the apartment at 2am in total shock, had to throw away clothes, pay for urgent treatment of others, and book another place last minute, far from where we were supposed to stay. Even worse: the hosts knew about previous infestations just a few months prior, yet put the apartment back on the market without proper guarantees. The host only refunded the nights — but we are left alone to bear the stress, anxiety, unplanned expenses, and fear of having brought the infestation home. Such negligence should not be tolerated on a platform that claims to ensure quality and safety.

Chouette!

Alles war gut zu erreichen, gut gelegen, normales angenehmes Viertel. Bettwäsche war vorhanden, auch Kaffee, WLAN ging ohne Probleme. Wir haben uns überaus wohl gefühlt. Nett eingerichtet und aufgeteilt.

Momentan war eine Baustelle nebenan. Es war nicht klar, wo der Schlüssel zu erhalten war. Das verantwortliche Büro ist i m Haus, man muss in den 1. Stock, damit man weiß, wo die Wohnung ist.

Quasi nulla

L alloggio è piuttosto datato necessità di una profonda ristrutturazione. Porte vecchie e scheggiate, mobili che sembrano presi da un rigattiere, doccia con tenda insufficiente ad evitare l allagamento, wi fi scadente, prese elettriche volanti, non adatto a possessori di auto in quanto il parcheggio è un odissea anche se nell'annuncio e indicato come presente.

Très bon logement mais attention au travaux à côté !

L’appartement était très bien agencé, propre et bien placé, ça aurait été presque parfait si l’immeuble à côté n’était pas en travaux, nous les avons eu comme si il était dans la chambre tout le week-end, même le dimanche ! Mais bon ça ce n’est pas la faute de notre hôte.. la wifi cependant ne fonctionnait pas malgré les 2 réseaux, du coup pas de télé dommage.

posizione, check in semplice, appartamento grande, staff,

tessuti macchiati ( consiglio di portarne dei propri lenzuola e asciugamani) , gli occupanti dell' appartamento superiore sono rumorosi anche di notte, invece sotto c'è un garage e quando si apre la serranda sembra che si avvolga nella camera da letto per quanto è rumorosa.. cmq per un weekend si può fare.. ci si adatta
