The location is convenient, there is a shop and a subway nearby. There are no more pluses.
No Wi-Fi, although it is indicated that there is. The photo shows a completely different condition of the apartment.

Spacious. There's a washing machine. Central heating OK.
For this type of money: only three plug sockets no bedside lamps one plate, one bowl two towels...tiny no tea towel no bottle opener / tin opener incredible noise from boiler... Really unacceptable for a 'fully equipped' apartment.
