Absolutely wonderful, will rebook next time I visit!

We were so pleased with the property itself and with the welcoming staff and experience! The property was large, luxurious, with nice amenities and beautiful views, and importantly, AC. The highlight though was the thoughtful welcome note, gift basket of delicious treats, and wonderful human touch to make us feel so welcome staying here!

Nice stay

Property was centrally located, clean and nice property staff

Ok Not to be mean Excessive amount of green birds flocking the area during sunset time and my rental car got bombed by bird poop. Im a tall guy and shower stall a bit cramped and water pressure low. Toilet was a bit low and washer was loud during wash cycle. Sorry, just telling it like it is. But, overall comfortable.

Convenient location with washer/dryer, AC and amenities!

Prince Kuhio 319 was a great place to lay our head every night in the Poipu area! The apartment was nice and cool with the AC unit. It was well stocked with appliances and dishes. We cooked mainly breakfast on our trip and it had all the essentials for that. The Washer/Dryer was the biggest perk because you just need to wash and dry your stuff while you're there! The condo was generally quiet and never saw anyone else while we were there. Parking was good, I would actually recommend using the parking garage over the parking lot because there are a lot of birds that frequent the area and like to target certain cars, haha. The location was also convenient for getting to the Canyon, Lihue, Koloa and a number of beaches! If you're looking at staying at this unit I would recommend it highly. If you're looking to stay in this condo, make sure you pick a spot with AC (esp. in the summer months!) I also enjoyed learning about Prince Kuhio, as there is a monument to him right outside the lanai! Thanks for the great stay, #319!

Overall clean and well stocked. The dishes were slightly dingy but that could just be not having a dishwasher and leaving that up to others to get them really clean!

Good experience!

Location is good! I can watch people surfing across the street. Only five minutes drive to Poipu beach to swim, snorkel, see turtles and seals. The Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail is about 8 minutes away. The property is clean. The kitchen has dishes and cooking pans., knives, cutting boards, peppers and salts. However, the non stick pans are wore out. The Murphy bed is easy to install and comfortable. The units have beach chairs and towels for guests to use. We can see the ocean from the lanai. It is quiet at night. The unit is at third floor without elevator. So it is not for people who can’t carry heavy luggage to upstairs.

Great location and has all you need for a great stay. Just need another a/c in bedroom.

Great location, near beach, great restaurant, tourist destinations and shops.

Bedroom in on morning sun side so room fans are not enough. Bedroom heats up and opening sider door with breezes helped some. But my wife slept in living room near floor a/c. I would add another a/c unit on other end of condo.
