Prince Kuhio 103 is ground level unit with gorgeous ocean and park views, and a newly remodeled kitchen complete with dishwasher. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves while relaxing on the lanai. The condo was very clean. The kitchen had everything you would need. The host was great and fixed the AC right away. Very comfortable.

The location and being able to see the water is great. The host was communicative as needed. The layout is a little funky with the need to walk from kitchen through bedroom to get to living room/pull out sofa. And it's run-down...the unit could use a little upgrade, felt dirty. The roosters will wake you early, but not the owner's fault obviously.
