This was a great place to stay! We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the property was very clean. The beach right across is not a swimmable beach. The only thing that I was caught off guard was that the front door and side long window by the bathroom just had a screen. You could make it private but it was just screen so you could hear everything outside. I didn’t realize that when booking. Again it wasn’t a huge deal because you could cover the screen for privacy but still a little awkward when people would walk by.

We had the best family vacation and stay. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. Having a bedroom, kitchen and 1.5 baths made the stay so nice for our family of four. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was quiet and enjoyable. The property is very well kept and the landscaping is beautiful. The condo is close to beaches and restaurants. Rip Tide Shaved ice was a daily favorite! We highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back!

Condo is in a great location, nice water view, and is walking distance to a small beach area with good snorkeling. It’s less than 10 minutes from Poipu beach, has a nice pool area, gas grills available, in unit washer/dryer, and everything needed for your stay. But, there is NO A/C in this complex. A couple days the winds blew nicely and kept it cool. The other days were really hot without the wind helping and it got up to 85 inside as the sun shines directly into this side of the complex. Might not be a deal breaker for some, but thought it should be noted.

Great place to chill, watch and listen to the waves. It had all the amenities we needed. The in unit washer drier was a great perk for our toddler's chaos.

We enjoyed our stay. We had some issues with the entry door combination upon arrival but the property management got an alarm of some sort and contacted us immediately. They got it straightened out remotely right away and we had no other issues during our stay. It was so nice that they proactively reached out to us rather than us needing to contact them for help. The unit interior is updated and clean, and the grounds are beautiful and well-kept. We especially enjoyed the orchid garden, koi pond, and fountains that surrounded the pool area, and the pool itself was wonderful. This place is a modern-day Garden of Eden, and we really appreciated it so much. Our stay here was the quiet peaceful experience we really needed, a slice of heaven.

Great location, close to all places we wanted to visit! Beautiful sunrise right off our lanai and sunsets just across the road at the beach. We loved sitting out on the lanai. Condo had everything we needed (except air conditioning but we managed).

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, exactly as described and had a great location. We could walk across the street to watch the surfers and sunset. Lawai Beach, where we enjoyed snorkeling is right across the street as well. There are beautiful green parakeets that fly in at sunset and fly out at dawn. As well as roosters and chickens all over. We really enjoyed them but, they do make a lot of noise and will wake you up early. If you want to sleep in, bring earplugs.

Our unit was actually nicer than the pictures (the property management company has several units here). However, our unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevator and that was never mentioned. We are able bodied people so it was fine, albeit surprising. Lugging a 50 lb suitcase up and down the stairs wasn’t fun but doable. I just think they need to tell people there is no elevator. Also, knowing more about Kauai now, I would try and rent a place with AC if for no other reason than the roosters start at 3 am so it is hard to get a good nights sleep. We were only hot one night but AC would make the stay more enjoyable. Also they mentioned the dishwasher and even provided soap but there was no dishwasher. Again, not a deal breaker for us, but it should be mentioned in the listing and why provide soap? My guess is because it’s a management company managing several units here and not really showing the difference on VRBO or having a completely accurate listing as units will vary. That should be stated in the listings; “units will vary”. Bedroom door could not be closed due to the hinge pulling out of the wood. Overall we had a lovely stay but the listing is not entirely accurate and would recommend a place with AC. After all, you are already spending a fortune on a vacation…you might want to be able to sleep well. It did have a well appointed kitchen and two boogie boards that were better than the 2 we rented. Would have loved some blue ice in the freezer for the cooler.

Check-in was simple. The property owner was very friendly, and there was plenty of off-street parking in a private parking garage. The condo's location was perfect for us. The property itself was beautiful and well-landscaped. There was a lovely gated pool area that never seemed to be overly busy, and the private barbecue area was a nice added touch. The condo was perfect, nicely updated, and well-maintained. It was very well stocked with kitchenware and other daily essentials we would need for a beach vacation. There were beautiful views of the ocean from both terraces. We hope to stay again at this same location in the future.

Best location! Loved having the extra half bath, bed was so comfortable and grounds were beautiful. So easy to get to from airport, and easy drive to Waimea Canyon. Just had to get used to the roosters very early in the morning. Would come back again

The top floor unit looks to be recently renovated, and it was not just really nice but there were a ton of thoughtful little things that made it extra enjoyable. A perfectly outfitted kitchen, easy to use AV equipment, luxurious linens, and comfortable quality furniture. There is no elevator, but we got used to the stairs pretty quick; small parking lot but we never had a problem finding a parking place. It was rainy and cool when we were there, which we loved. We watched the sun come up from the bed every morning and ate our meals overlooking Prince Kuhio Beach Park and the waves crashing in the bay. The location had a calm and spiritual feel to it. Loved every minute and hated having to leave.

We had a great stay at this condo. This condo had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation in Kauai. The kitchen has modern appliances and everything you could need. There are two bathrooms one master bath in the bedroom and another off the kitchen. This was very helpful for getting ready to go out to dinner and when one person was sleeping you don't have to go into the bedroom to use the bathroom. This condo has its own washer and dryer, which is very handy and something I always look for in a vacation condo. The bedroom is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I'm an early riser so I enjoyed that the lanais faced east for watching the sunrise. The grounds are very well kept with a very nice swimming pool. The location is great. Lawai beach is just across the street which is a good spot to snorkel and watch the sunset. There is shopping, restaurants, and beaches, within walking distance or a short drive. There may be only one negative and this isn't unique to this condo, this will be the case no matter where you stay on Kauai. There are a lot of roosters and they crow early and often. Luckily this unit had a couple of pedestal fans in the closet, when we set these up and closed the patio doors in the bedroom you don't really hear them. A great stay overall.

Thank you for providing such a great location for our family. The condo was exactly as advertised. The place was spacious, clean and offered wonderful views of the ocean. We've been to Prince Kuhio before and it never disappoints. This trip was no different. It is the perfect, central location to enjoy all of Kauai. If we must say so, this location also offers the best sunset views in the island...bar none! Thank you; we will be back!
