Great value, communicative hosts, close to places to eat and shop Excellent value. This was the most affordable option we researched, but the value was high with clean accommodations and good amount of room. The tradeoff is being a little further from the beach (about a 15 minute walk). Host was communicative. The foldout bed was missing sheets and host responded immediately and was there at door with a set of sheets within 30 minutes. Kitchen is well-appointed. Microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker (though didn't use this), fridge all in great condition. Good size sink. And the double breakfast bars were incredibly useful to keep food and snacks and eat meals in! Balcony was clean and comfortable. Beautiful mosaic table out there. Bathroom was clean. Tub worked fine. Hot water, good water pressure, family of five and no one had to endure cold showers even when we showered in a row. Extra sink outside bathroom was super useful.- Foldout bed was a little uncomfortable. Supported our youngest but our other kid needed to use the couch.* Shops at Kukui'ula are a bit fancy so ymmv. (DOES have a Jojo's Shave Ice!) BUT the shops north of there are super casual. Eden Coffee is AMAZING, Kukui'ula Market is an absolute gem with lots of local treats and a good place to get basics.* Grounds were just ok. I feel like photos made it look better than it was. BUT again, rated 5 stars because it was a great value. Excellent beach supplies provided!

Everything was great, smooth check in and had everything we needed. The floors could use some deep cleaning though as it was a bit sticky with people wearing shoes inside the property and it seems like it was only vacuumed. The remote batteries died for the TV and after we emailed the management company they delivered some new batteries for us very quickly.

The home was clean and in a great location. We can walk to nearby shopping and restaurants and many activities were only a short drive away. We were able to cook meals at home and do laundry when we needed to. A very convenient way to vacay in Kauai for our family of 4.

This is a lovely unit. Spacious & clean. But there’s a rental house right behind the patio. If you got unlucky like us and had a group of noisy neighbors then you’ll wake up earlier than you like to. Property mgr was great, she manage to speak to the neighbors PM. But given such close proximity and the shutter windows, you will hear noise from just the neighbors talking and moving their chairs. No formal dining room.
