This charming one-bedroom, plantation-style condo is a tropical retreat in sunny Poipu on the garden island of Kauai. Located near many of Hawaii's best beaches, restaurants and shopping, come stay and relax in paradise.
Indulge in the charming ambiance of this recently remodeled unit, featuring fresh new floors, ceiling fans to keep you cool, stylish furniture that complements the island vibe, and elegant curtains that add a touch of refinement. Every detail has been carefully considered to provide you with a comfortable and rejuvenating experience.
There are many features here and two private lanais to enjoy the lush gardens of evening jasmine, banana and papaya trees, red ginger and other island flowers. This condominium features a new king bed and a queen sofa sleeper, a newly remodeled full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, and a full oven and microwave to cook all of your island favorites. Guests at this property will have access to a communal pool attached with a BBQ pavilion as well as a second BBQ pavilion that was just completed 2 years ago
You will be just one block to the Pacific Ocean on the garden isle of Kauai. Waikomo Stream Villas is a 60 unit complex amid acres of tropical gardens conveniently located in the center of Poipu, and was rated by the Ultimate Kauai Guidebook as a "solid gold value".
Directly across the street from the Kukui`ula Shopping Village featuring many shops, art galleries and restaurants ranging from gourmet dining (such as Merriman's and the Blue Dolphin) to casual (Bubba Burgers and Lappert's ice cream.) There is a fresh foods health food store and a fish market - as well as a farmers' market on Wednesday. We are also adjacent to the Kiahuna Golf Course and less than a mile to the Poipu Shopping Center (featuring Keoki's Paradise Restaurant, a Whalers General Store and various other shops.) This resort is a 5 minute walk to the Kiahuna portion of Poipu Beach which fronts the Sheraton Hotel or to Baby Beach.
One block away is Koloa Landing, an old whaling port where honu (green sea turtles) abound and is used for scuba diving and outrigger canoes. In less than 5 minutes by car, you can be swimming, snorkeling, or sunbathing at Poipu Beach. This beach is considered to be one of the best beaches in the United States.

We weren't sure what to expect and were delighted to find such a lovely place! The only glitch, was that we didn't know to have our TV passwords available, so our viewing choices were limited and we had to buy access to NBC to watch the Superbowl. It was a restful time, just what we needed!

The unit was poorly furnished. There was one same towel in the kitchen, and no pot holder. The lock on the slider to the patio was broken. A device was installed to lock the door, but was difficult to use. The slider door to the front patio was broken, and no provisions were given to lock it. The front patio had no furniture on it. The new bed was very comfortable, and had a beautiful bed spread on it. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained.
