Excellent well appointed cottage in a great location

Fabulous homely cottage, well located within a short walking distance of the beach and town. Comfortable, beautifully decorated with top range appliances, we have never stayed in a cottage so well stocked with everything needed for our stay, from dishwasher tablets to tea & coffee bags to dog biscuits & toiletries. Lovely welcome pack including Prosecco, M&S biscuits & a chocolate Father Christmas. Thank you Sarah for making us so welcome.

Best stay place

The cottage is deceptive and rooms are very spacious and garden has lots of sitting out area. Parking is inside the gates which was good. Lovely cosy home with lots of extras to make your stay special.

Simply the most beautiful place

On arrival it is quite an impressive building to pull upto, upon entering the property it smelled very clean and was spotless throughtout. The place is huge, comfortable, ample secure parking. Power point outside, nice tidy small garden. My 5 year old loved the kids room and so did my wife. We just had an amazing stay. It's maybe 10-15 minutes walk to a beach in several directions. All pubs restaurants town centre easy walking distance.

Luxury is the correct description, beautifully presented and well thought out and presented and impeccably clean decoration with everything you need for your stay, couldn’t fault the accommodation a real gem, and location is superb literally a 5 to 10 minute easy walk to the centre of Exmouth shopping and restaurants an probably an extra 5 minutes to the beach and promenade

Perfect set up for a family, everything you could need. we made great use of the outdoor space! loved the decking area for sunbathing! Great location, able to walk to local attractions, restaurants and bars! Great area for children, lots to do!
