We enjoyed the kitchen and the location. Walk up is easy.
I live in NYC and read through the noise complaint reviews but it was much louder than anything in NYC. Also dust comes in through the windows and I felt it all on the bed by the third day even though we didn’t leave the windows open. Lots of mosquitoes in the apt as well.

Tolle Lage, kurze Wege zur Innenstadt
Das Schlafzimmer liegt zur Straße und beim dem Lärm kann auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht schlafen. Wir sind dann auf das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer umgezogen.

La posizione
Mancano alcuni servizi minimi di un b&b (capsule del caffè almeno per la colazione del primo giorno, zucchero, olio…), altri sono davvero scarsi (due flaconcini di shampoo per 2 persone per 2 giorni mi sembrano un po’ pochini…) e la pulizia lascia davvero a desiderare (polvere in quantità industriale e macchie sospette sul divano e sui cuscini delle sedie della cucina)… da ultimo, i rumori della strada si sentono tantissimo in camera da letto…
