About this house rental
300m from the sea, away from busy streets and crowds! This large house is ideally located to welcome you with family or friends and discover the riches of the magnificent island of Noirmoutier. Access to the beach is on foot through the garden.
This 100 m² house located in Barbâtre, equipped with WIFI, has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It features an enclosed garden, a 40 m² terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue for special moments and beautiful summer evenings, and a solar shower completes the whole when you return from the beach.
In the house you have a flat-screen television and a DVD player.
A washing machine also completes the items made available to you for your comfort.
The house consists of a recent bathroom, a water room and two independent toilets. The open kitchen is ideal for meals and is equipped with 3 induction hobs, a refrigerator (combined), a microwave, an oven, a Nespresso Barista coffee machine and a dishwasher.
For young children, books and some toys are available, along with a bathtub, a travel cot and a changing mat.
A private and enclosed outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
Located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea, the rental is located at:
- 400 m. (or 200m. on foot) from the small town centre with all useful shops and services: U express convenience store, bakeries and pastry shops, bars, restaurants, tobacco and press shop, hairdresser, bicycle rental, doctor, pharmacy, Post Office, Town Hall, market...
- 300 m from the sandy beach "Plage du Midi"
- 3 km from the Passage du Gois
- 9 km from the "Swin Golf de Fromentine" golf course
- 27 km from the "Jungle Park" theme park
- 27 km from the "Atlantic Toboggan" water park

- 69 km from "Nantes Atlantique" airport

Barbâtre is 7 km of fine sandy beach, but before that, pass through the dunes or pine forest. Near the Gois, take your camera and go discover the Polder of Sebastopol. Rich in various animal and plant species, you can notably observe the birds and perhaps you will have the opportunity to take a selfie with the Maraîchine cow.
This location benefits from a concierge service with a team available throughout the stay for personalised services.
During the stay, there will be no renewal of household linen, nor cleaning.
The furnished accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The discreet owners occupy the house next door during their holidays.
