About this house rental
Come and spend your holiday in the heart of the Isle of Noirmoutier! This house located in the golden sands of La Guérinière is just a few steps from the beach, so you can easily relax on the warm sand or take long walks. Moreover, you are also just a few metres from the Bonhomme port where you can enjoy good seafood.
The house is ideal for a family or friends' stay, as it can accommodate up to 8 people. Its outdoor space will allow you to enjoy beautiful days, to savour a good breakfast, good grilled dishes and a break time under the sun accompanied by the sea air.
The living space is welcoming and bright. You can share delicious meals, moments of conviviality or simply relax in front of a good film on television.
As for the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare good little dishes, it is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms upstairs. The first has a double bed and an adjoining bathroom, the second is also equipped with a double bed with direct access to the garden and the last one will delight the children with its two bunk beds, so they can enjoy being all together.
The house also has a second bathroom, two toilets (1 upstairs and the other on the ground floor), a washing machine, a barbecue and two parking spaces in front of the house.
