Great service and an overall wonderful stay. I enjoyed a beautiful ocean view right from my room window. The bars were literally just around the corner, making it easy to relax and socialize with people.
The facility needed a microwave and additional bed sheets and pillows for the couch bed.

Key box system : Smooth, easy to distinguish.
Location : Great, walking distance both from old city and beach area.
Room : Good overall, speedy Wifi, decent facility and size for the price.
Staff: Quick & nice response, normally within 30min.
Noise: This is unfortunate but there was loud party noise upper floor throughout the night.
Screaming, jumping, banging at 4AM.
As is sometimes happening to Airbnb, there is a risk that you encounter those type of people.
Hair dryer: Need to ask separately, not in the room at first place.
Stickiness: Floor is bit sticky. Better having slippers.

El lugar tiene una buena ubicación. Bien accesible al Viejo San Juan caminando. El apartamento es cómodo en su interior y con todo lo necesario para estar, descansar, cocinar, ver TV, ect. Yo llevé mis dos perritos y no hubo problema. El acceso al edificio y apartamento es muy sencillo. Tiene una terraza en la azotea del edificio bastante cómoda para tomar el sol o para mirar el paisaje y coger algo de fresco. El personal para comunicarse en cualquier situación está accesible.
Creo que puede mejorar en la limpieza, especialmente el piso y en la fumigación en las áreas. La cafetera en el apartamento donde estuve no funcionaba y no pudieron ayudarme con eso, pero estuve poco tiempo. No dudo que me hubieran ayudado si la estadía hubiera sido más larga. Creo que el flujo de agua de la ducha es muy floja. Para los que les gusta el party la zona es buena pues en los alrededores hay bares, cafés, etc., pero también tiene cerca otras áreas que no se ven bonitas.
