Old San Juan with its historic sites and some of the best dining and entertainment San Juan is just minutes away. The space is compromised of an open loft style, with a full kitchen, living room, queen bed and one bathrooms.
The unit has a priva terrace overlooking the Condado Lagoon and the skyline of San Juan.
The property is located in the heart of the Old San Juan, Miramar and Condado region. With some of the best dining on the island, beach access and entertainment within walking distance of the unit. There is a great mix of local residents and tourists in the neighborhood that will provide an authentic experience to any visitor.
There is one parking spot included with the rental. Additionally there is Uber and Taxi service that will pick you up right outside the door. Adding there are always rental scooters available just in front of the building with safe bike paths to tide all over town.
All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
