Occupancy Limit: Maximum occupancy is 2 guests at all times, including visitors. Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate cancellation without refund or removal from the property.

No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is strictly prohibited. A $500 fee will be charged for violations.

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. No parties or loud activities.

Utility Interruption Policy: The host is not responsible for hotel, rental, or transportation expenses due to water or electrical interruptions. If service is interrupted for more than 3 consecutive hours, guests may cancel unused nights and receive a refund for unused nights only. Consumed nights are non-refundable.

Rental Agreement: All bookings require signing a short-term rental agreement sent via email within 48 hours of booking or prior to arrival, whichever occurs first.

Property Care: Towels and linens must be used only for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or other substances. Do not use towels to clean spills. Damaged or stained items will be charged.
Do not hang towels from windows ($100 fine may apply).
Excessive garbage or failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges of up to 100% of the cleaning fee.
If the AC is left off and moisture causes mold requiring remediation, additional cleaning charges may apply.

Perfect studio rental for the hubs & I to celebrate our 10th anniversary! The view from the 7th floor into the lagoon allowed us to easily see not only sea turtles swimming around but also MANATEES! The rental had everything we needed & in a great location close to beaches & Ole San Juan. We parked at the Normandie lot for 8 overnight & it was about 5 minutes to walk back & forth. The only suggestion would be to add some hooks in the bathroom for towels, as there are none. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

The room has a really nice view and the location is great if you want to be walking distance to the beach and explore condado. The kitchen has cooking supplies and communication with the listing manager was great. That's it for the pros. For the cons it can be noisy. I didn't realize that the doors that you see in the pictures on each wall are double doors shared with the apartments nextdoor thus you can basically hear every argument, every sex session that they might have plus if they happen to be smoking weed like our neighbors you will get the smell in your apartment as well. The pool was nice but the gym had a broken treadmill (the only one) so there's not much for amenities. The mattress looked clean but not very comfortable. The wifi is slow at times, during the day it would be between 1-5Mbps and at night it will be at most 15Mbps so if you plan to work from home like we did I do not recommend it. Overall I would give it a 3.5 because the view is great and the room/studio has all you need but it isn't very relaxing to be woken up by the staff on the hallway or loud neighbors.
