• Provided: Basic toiletries, dish soap, paper goods. Two towels per guest.
• Parking: No on-site parking. Paid off-site parking at Paseo Caribe garage (~5 min away).
• Backup utilities: Building generator and water tank for uninterrupted service.
• Building: Elevator access.
Mandatory Online Check-In & ID:
All guests must complete the required online check-in process and submit a valid government-issued photo ID or passport for each guest prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will only be released once this process is completed. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry, as we reserve the right of admission.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit is required per reservation. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and no damages, rule violations, or additional charges are identified.

No Smoking:
Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is strictly prohibited. A $500 fee will be charged for violations.
Quiet Hours:
9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. No parties or loud activities during these hours.
Utility Interruption Policy:
The host is not responsible for hotel, rental, or transportation expenses due to water or electrical interruptions. If service is interrupted for more than 3 consecutive hours, guests may cancel the unused portion of their stay and receive a refund for unused nights only. Under no circumstances will consumed nights be refunded.
Rental Agreement:
All bookings are contingent upon signing a short-term rental agreement sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever occurs first.
Occupancy Limit:
Maximum occupancy of 4 persons (including children and visitors) at all times. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the limit may result in immediate cancellation without refund or removal from the property.
Property Care:
Towels and linens must be used only for their intended purpose. Do not stain with food, grease, or other substances. Do not use towels to clean spills. Damaged or stained items will be charged.
Do not hang towels from windows. A $100 fine may apply.
Excessive garbage or failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges of up to 100% of the cleaning fee.
If the AC is turned off and excess moisture causes mold requiring remediation, additional cleaning charges may apply.
Subletting:
Subletting is strictly prohibited.
