The apartment has been recently renovated with marble floors and modern bathrooms and completly firnished the condo is centrally located and it is within walking distance to the beautifull beach of la concha and to many spectaculars places fogo de chAo brazilian steak house and many hotels and casinos also you have Caridad and Walgreens 24/7 plus grocery stores and fresh mart for those who love organic old san juan is at 5 minutes drive or you can go to the bus stop which is located at one minute walk from the property right in front la concha provide private parking with private code and shower and beach towels plus beach chairs for your enjoyment A/C through out the apartment plus every bedroom has A/C and TV with cable and free wifi you'll love the location as well as the apartment and also state of the art brand new stylish kitchen.

Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and stores which is wonderful if you rent a car. Host was great with communication and outreach. Clean condo and well-appointed. Great stay!

We had a very enjoyable 4 night stay. The apartment is well located and easy to walk to restaurants and the beach. Parking was very nice as it can be very difficult to park in public parking. Owner communication was quick and informative. Highly recommended!!

Location was perfect. Ozzie was always readily available for questions we had. A/C was great in all rooms

Positive it was spacious, close to main tourist strip. Cons way too many rules to many donts like you are a kid. There is no view and it has a lounge area inside the apartment which is weird and has no curtains. Seems like each night there is a water leak in street, not sure who fault that is. Nice updated apartment thgh. Toilet stays stop up.guess due to water lea
