Property is perfectly located to enjoy Old San Juan. Close to restaurants and shops. Staff was very responsive to our concerns and needs.
Floor was dirty in certain areas.

The instructions given were very complete and it was no problem accessing the front door and the key at the actual apartment. Originally it looks like we were on the first floor but were moved to the third-communication throughout was very good.
The location s fantastic for a stroll around old town and a visit to the vibrant restaurants and bars as well as the fort. We enjoyed the stroll and seeing the night time activities. At no point did we feel unsafe.
This is not the fault of the hosts but candidly carrying bags up 3 flights of stairs could be a real deal breaker for older folks. We were able to do it as we pack pretty light but I can imagine some people would be very unpleasant surprise for older folks or people that tend to bring everything including the kitchen sink.
