About this apartment rental
I am excited to share our 2 bedroom apartment on Calle Sol. One of the nicest streets in historic San Juan. Sleeps comfortably 4 on 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds with A/Cs in both bedrooms, fans for the living room, and WiFi
It has a great view from the 3rd/top floor of the building into courtyard (no elevator).
Located centrally to historic sites and attractions plus restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and grocery store
The high ceilings, the balcony/hall views and the combination of old San Juan and modern PR vibes makes this place feel breathtaking and unique. If you're visiting for vacations or for work, this is the best place!
The kitchen is equipped with utensils, pan, plates, cups, coffee maker, toaster and anything you need to make yourself a delicious meal. The grocery store is just a 4 min walk.
The beds are set with hypoallergenic sheets to offer the most comfortable sleep. We provide bathroom towels for every guest. The apartment is on a third floor, has an hallway exterior facing balcony. You might find street noise, its part of living in one of the best spots and a full of life street, with great restaurants and many bars surround our building. :) Its a 1900's building that has no elevator, but its worth every step!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, well-kept, and in a great location.Just a heads up for future guests: parking nearby is strictly enforced. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, it may be worth considering rideshare instead of a rental car to avoid any stress.Would definitely stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, a little removed from the bussle of the main streets and a 5-10 walk to anywhere in old San Juan (including for our 6 yo which says a lot!). The bedrooms had A/C, the whole apt was very clean. We had awkward times for arrival and departure and Carlos was incredibly accommodating with allowing us to store our bags. Would definitely recommend!

The unit definitely has an old-world charm. Please note, this is an open-air concept. When you enter the front door, you are on a balcony. The kitchen is fully open to the elements, and the bedrooms open to the balcony. We found it to be very neat, but unexpected. Carlos was awesome with communication, and he provided many great things to do around the city.Pros: Amazing location, close to everything and great to walk around Old San Juan, neat concept, gives you a real European feelCons: Do not expect to be spoiled with air conditioning while watching TV

The host was very responsive and friendly. The apartment was clean. We did have problems with the door lock not always working. One of the twin mattresses had a big lump the size of el Morro. There were no dish cloths, dish towels, or hand towels. In one bedroom there was a cabinet with drawers and a hanger bar but it was full of blankets and pillows so there was no place to put clothes. We had to keep our suitcases on the floor. The kitchen had no hot pads.
