Excellent position in Cromer, very close to all attractions and facilities. Great to have on site parking.
Being a second floor flat the stairs are a bit of a challenge for older people but we were made aware of this in advance so not a problem.

The location was excellent. A couple of minutes from the beach, town centre, train station, bus station, and large supermarket. Everything was at hand. We used the train a lot and the service was great.
Flat was large and very clean. Some of the plates and cups in the kitchen were chipped which was not in keeping with the overall feeling of the place. Everything else was excellent. There was good communication with the hosts who responded to any query straight away.

The cleanliness of the property was not good at all, Shower head was black and rusty, towels were stained, damp on all walls, shower stall itself covered in brown dirt and rust, lights hanging off the ceiling.
