Cosy beach house steps from the sea

Location was perfect - The town was at one end of the street and at the other, you look down on the pier and prom.

The house was a little cold at the end of the season. For me personally, I kept forgetting that there were single steps going up or down in some parts of the house.

Spacious, clean, well presented. Ideal location close to the seafront at Cromer.

It had the best level of facilities we had wanted.

Very comfortable apartment. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen very well equipped. And it really is just steps from the sea, not to mention close to restaurants, shops, coastal paths. We made coffee and took it outside to sip while we looked over the pier and the ocean. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive. Guests should note that the bedrooms are upstairs, whereas the entry, living space and kitchen are all downstairs. You can unload your car in front of the place, but parking is about 7 minutes walk away. We never had trouble finding a space in the little lot; a space was available to us by displaying a card provided by the owners. We.would definitely stay here again.

Front bedroom window could not be locked, which invalidates any holiday insurance cover purchased. Mouldy sealant at bottom of shower screen and rusty kitchen utensils.
