Local to stations, quick trip to anywhere in Tokyo. Large bathroom, good area to dry clothing etc.
Only "problem" is that there is only 1 key, so we had to align timings if we were going out separately. Not really a problem at all.

It’s a house. Everyone had their own room. Laundry and balcony.
The beds were uncomfortable to us and the pillows were too thick.
