MOMO Garden

電車が目の前を走っていましたが、窓が二重になっているため静かでした。 3家族で泊まったので部屋数が多いのも良かったです。 立地も少し歩けば周りにスーパー、コンビニ、飲食店があってすごく良かったです。 子供がたくさんいて準備に時間がかかり、チェックイン時間を過ぎてしまいましたが、スタッフの方が優しく待ってくれたので気持ちよく帰ることができました。 ありがとうございました。

駐車場だけ狭く感じました。

Love the spacious living/dining area, and enough room for 6 pax, decoration of the home & facilities includes some small equipments like warmer, small desk fan & dehumidifier. The walking distance from tabata station is shorter & easier than expected. There is also a supermart nearby but closes before 12am. Local vibes around the area.

The toilet is at 2nd floor & bedrooms at 3rd floor, so in the middle of the night if u wanna go to the toilet, u have to go down the stairs 1 level. Washing machine at level 1 also alittle squeezy & small space with no place to hang dry the clothes which we can only bring to 2nd floor dining area & hang on the chairs. And there is only 1 shower/bath room, so we had to wait for each other's turn to finish bathing & it takes quite a bit of time waiting as we are grp of 6. There is also no space to place luggage inside the bedroom but since the living area is spacious so its fine.

冬天入住，暖房功率不足，制热5个空调不能同时运行，洗浴时，跳闸，因为总开断路只有40A，4.4KW（日本的电压110V）。另外，此公寓也就是普通的一户建，叫花园别墅，有点牵强附会。

We absolutely loved our stay at MOMO Garden! From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable, easy, and welcoming. The location is fantastic — quiet, safe, and just a short walk to shops, cafés, and Tabata Station. Getting around Tokyo was super convenient, and we felt like we had the best of both worlds: peace at home and fast access to the busy city. The house itself is wonderful. Super clean, bright, and incredibly spacious. We were just a couple, but the place is easily large enough for a big group or family with four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom, and a cozy living space. The terrace and garden were perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The free bikes were such a nice touch for exploring the neighborhood. One thing we really appreciated is that the windows have double-layered glass, and once they are closed, the house becomes unbelievably quiet — we couldn’t hear anything from outside. It made our stay extremely peaceful and relaxing. The host was amazing. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. Communication was fast and helpful, and check-in/check-out were smooth and stress-free. The house had everything we needed and more: strong Wi-Fi, full kitchen setup, washing machine, clean linens, towels, and thoughtful details throughout. It truly felt like a home away from home.
