・You will not be staying with other guests. The property is exclusively yours.
・The actual interior decor takes precedence over the photos.
・For hygiene reasons, we do not provide condiments (oil, salt, soy sauce, etc.).

⚠️ Other Important Notes

・Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
　(Cleaning takes place after 12:00 PM. We can store your luggage. Early check-in is possible if the room is ready.)
・Smoking is prohibited inside the room.
・Please be considerate of the neighbors at night.
・Please contact us in advance if you plan to dispose of large items (such as suitcases).
・Please treat the facilities—such as wallpaper and flooring—with care. We may charge you the actual cost for any damage.
・Check-out: By 11:00 a.m.
